Karina supports attorneys in the firm’s real estate practice group. She has enjoyed working in the legal industry for 4 years as a senior sale coordination, and legal assistant. She has experience in various areas of real estate law. She assists with all aspects of a transaction, including the preparation of purchase agreements and other documents, due diligence review, the review, analysis and resolution of title, and organizing and assisting with transaction closing. She also coordinates the preparation of real estate conveyance documents and performs real property searches.
